Councilman Eric Ulrich has announced that Universal Pre-K deadline has been extended until Friday, March 3. Families with children born in 2013 still have time to apply for free, full-day, high-quality Pre-K this September.

Families who wish to enroll their children may do so online, over the phone, or in-person at a Family Welcome Center using a single application.

To apply online, visit www.nyc. gov/prek. The application is available in 10 languages.

To apply over the phone, call 718-935-2067.

To apply in-person, you may visit any of the 12 Family Welcome Centers across the five boroughs. You may find a directory of the City’s Family Welcome Centers online.

For the most up-to-date information, families are encouraged to use Pre-K Finder online to learn more about Pre-K programs in their community.

If you have any questions, please Ulrich’s office at 718-738-1083.
