Hello Beautiful Rockaway!

As we head into the last throes of summer the reality that chilly fall nights are just around the corner is setting in. I almost can’t believe that September has begun!  Where did the spring and summer go?

The past few months have been all about the backyard gathering, outdoor dinners, and enjoying the warm summer nights.  With autumn quickly approaching bringing along shorter days and cooler evenings- what can we fold into the mix to keep the party going a bit longer?  Outdoor heaters!

A little outdoor heat goes a long way when you pair it with a cozy blanket and a hot cider.  Apparently, according to the New York Times searches for outdoor heaters on Wayfair have gone up 70 percent compared to this time last year.  That’s a lot of focus on outdoor spaces and keeping cozy in the coming months.

If you’re looking for a tabletop heater this little number available on Amazon packs a punch.  You can do a search for “Star Patio Electric Heater” on Amazon and take a look for yourself.  It’s stylish, portable and offers nice heat while dining al fresco.

Need something a bit burly to cover more space?  Frontgate has an attractive option in its Nova Patio Heater.  Customer reviews claim that the Nova is “heavy enough to withstand some wind, but light enough to move on a roller.” and everyone seems to love the flame it produces.

Last but not least is the splurge heater. While the Lightfire Patio Heater from Frontgate comes with a hefty price tag, the design-forward look, the heat radius, and the size of the heater quell any doubts.  Coming in at 89” in height you are sure to stay warm in style.

Based on the New York Times report and doing some research on my own, I recommend making a move on a heater stat!  A lot of options are selling out or are not available to ship until December or later!
