Two hundred and fifty hardy souls took a plunge in the Atlantic Ocean to benefit the fight against Cystic Fibrosis last Saturday afternoon. The actual plunge took place at 2 p.m. on a cold, cloudy afternoon but that did little to stop the participants from taking the dip. Pictured, a piper leads the plungers from the Belle Harbor Yacht Club south on Beach 126 Street to the beach for the plunge. 020p1_xlg.jpg
