Police say that Anthony Conforti went outside and confronted Kenneth Sukhu, of 127-10 103 Avenue. Sukhu took off and Conforti called police and then looked inside his car to see if anything had been stolen. He told police that his papers and belongings were strewn about the interior of the auto, but that nothing was taken. Police, using Conforti's description of the would-be robber, quickly corralled Sukhu. A spokesperson for Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said that Sukhu, 32, was arraigned on December 12 on charges of unauthorized use of an vehicle and attempted petit larceny. 028p1_xlg.jpg
