Years ago, the City Council passed a law that each curb in the city was to be handicapped accessible, with cuts that would allow for wheel chairs as well as strollers to easily access the sidewalk. The city has now carried that to its extreme, placing the curb cuts along Edgemere Avenue, where there are no streets, no curbs, and few sidewalks to navigate. 036p1_xlg.jpg
