Seven-year-old Billy Moore, local resident and student at P.S. 114 in Belle Harbor, was recently honored along with 150 other Queens students by the New York City Board of Education's Knowledge Network, Learning Support Organization as part of an annual art competition. The 150 students were selected from the entire student body of Queens in grades Kindergarten through high school. Much credit must be given to Billy's art teacher at P.S. 114. The selected student art works are currently on display at the Queens Museum of Art in Flushing Meadows. 051p1_xlg.jpg
