Local rap group Rhyte-Hitters are poised to release their second anti-violence CD in the near future. The group, consisting of (from left top, General, CEO True, Black Rob and Show Hotness, says that the CD, entitled "Unfinished Business, Part II," will feature 12 new songs. The group promises to perform at many Rockaway concerts this coming summer, and is looking to Far Rockaway High School as one of its venues. Show Hotness is the newest member of the group, and has been acting as the "Hypeman" for the past three years, working up the crowd. Now, he promises to show his versatility with both rap and R & B songs. His own song, "Do No Evil," promises to be a top hit single, she says. The group is also setting up a mentoring program for young men, hoping to cut down the violence in the Rockaway community. 023p1_xlg.jpg
