With the outdoor temperature sizzling at 93 degrees, but hundreds of employees from Peninsula Hospital Center and Peninsula Center for Extended Care and Rehabilitation enjoyed the annual Employee Barbecue with all the “fixins”.  It is a Hospital Center tradition for the administrative staff to cook and serve the employees in two shifts, lunch and dinner, and this year was no exception. The perfect picnic was ably directed by Sylvia Wang, PHC’s Director of Food and Nutrition and her staff. Pictured,  Linda Dascher, V.P., Quality Management, Val Ippoliti, Director of Environmental Services and Sylvia Wang, Director of Food and Nutrition. 107p1_xlg.jpg
