These signs, pictured in the Dayton Plaza lot last week, do not have any of the requisite information. An expert has told The Wave that motorists who have paid to redeem their cars should contact the Department of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint and to begin the process of getting a refund.009p2_xlg.jpg
