Relax and Restore Yoga: You will be guided through a slow series of gentle yoga postures that will relax and restore your body and mind
Restorative Yoga: While all yoga is restorative this class switches you from “doing” to “being”. You will be set up in a series of supported postures (Using Bricks, bolsters, blankets and straps) so that all you can do is simply relax! Class size is limited, so please sign up to ensure spot.
