Belle Harbor resident Palmer Doyle (left) drew cheers from the crowd when he said someone should be fired for allowing so much roadwork to occur simultaneously in Rockaway. He also demanded ferry service saying, "The people of Staten Island are treated like first class passengers on a flight, we're treated to the back seat of a crop duster. Enough is enough." Gerard "Gerry" Romski of Arverne By The Sea called for improved A Train service, ferry service and said big-name retailers won't come to Rockaway because the bridge tolls limit the amount of consumers they can "capture." 001p2_xlg.jpg
