An MTA bus carrying two passengers ignited in flames on Monday morning after it came over the Cross Bay Bridge from Broad Channel. Luckily the driver and passengers weren’t injured. The driver pulled the bus over and evacuated it at Beach 94 Street. New York City Transit Authority officials say the cause of the fire is under investigation. The flames started in the back of the bus where the engine is located, possibly indicating that the bus overheated. 2p1.jpg
