Congratulations go to the 2011 graduating class of St. Francis de Sales School for their academic achievements. This coming September, most of the members of the graduating class will be off to the school of their choice, with a large percentage of the students receiving scholarships and/or acceptance to honors programs. The students received, in total, more than $250,000 in scholarship money. Ray Marten received the Danny Suhr Athletic scholarship. The following students received academic scholarships: Philip Carr, Christopher Ray and Anthony Scotto received Presidential Scholarships to Xaverian High School; Quinn Casey was awarded scholarships to Convent of Sacred Heart, Dominican Academy, Fontbonne Hall, Marymount School of New York, and St. Vincent Ferrer; Charles Gavigan received scholarships to Archbishop Molloy, Chami-nade High School, Regis High School, and Xavier High School; Cassie Moriarty was offered a scholarship to the Mary Louis Academy; Theresa Kelley was awarded scholarships to Bishop Ford and the Mary Louis Academy; Camilla Peiechocki was awarded a scholarship from St. Edmund Prep; Joseph Savasatano received a scholarship to Archbishop Molloy and John Whelan was awarded a scholarship to Molloy. 38p1.jpg
