The following are unedited crime reports (The Police Blotter) from the 101th Precinct. We will publish what we receive, as we receive it.

Arrest: 3-18-14
Location: 141 Beach 56 Place
Charges: Robbery, Criminal Possession of Weapon, Menacing
Defendant did display and point a black pellet gun at victim demanding money.

Arrest: 3-19-14
Location: 105 Beach 56th Place
Charges: Robbery, Criminal Possession of Weapon
Defendant did display black firearm and forcibly removed complainant’s property
with other apprehended male.

Arrest: 3-11-14
Location: Northeast corner of Neilson Street and Central Avenue
Charges: Reckless Driving, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator, No License
Defendant was observed operating a 1996 Toyota suburban unsafely backing into
a parked car rendering defendant’s passenger side taillight broken. At sight of police, defendant then drove recklessly away from arresting officer.

Arrest: 3-24-14
Location: Front of 1256 Central Avenue
Charges: Possession of Burglar Tools, Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession
of Stolen Property.
Defendant was observed operating a bicycle on the sidewalk. Further investigation
revealed the defendant to be in possession of burglar tools and stolen property.

Arrest: 3-01-14
Location: Front of 15-15 Dunbar Street
Charges: Petit Larceny, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle without
owner’s consent, Criminal Trespass third degree.
Witness states that he viewed the defendant pulling on car handles while walking
northbound on Dunbar Street.
Reporter further states that while co-defendant unlawfully entered complainant’s
car, defendant was acting in concert as a lookout. Defendant retreated southbound
on Dunbar Street and was found in the rear of 29-29 Westbourne Avenue which is
a fenced in back yard to which the defendant did not have permission to be in.

Arrest: 3-01-14
Location: Rear of 29-29 Westbourne Avenue
Charges: Petit Larceny, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle without owner’s
consent, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana
Defendant did enter complainant’s vehicle without his permission or authority during which time he damaged the glove compartment. Defendant retreated southbound on Dunbar Street and was found in the rear of 29-29 Westbourne Avenue
which is a fenced in back yard to which the defendant did not have permission to
be in. Upon search incident to lawful arrest, one small bag of marihuana was found
in defendant’s jacket pocket.

Arrest: 3-26-14
Location: Northwest corner of Cornaga Avenue and Beach 21st Street
Charges: DWI
Defendant was observed sitting behind the wheel of a Green 2007 Dodge suburban
on the northwest corner of Beach 21st Street and Cornaga Avenue with the engine
running and the keys in the ignition parked at “No Standing Anytime” location
with his head down sleeping. Arresting Officer did knock on the window for approximately two minutes before defendant woke up. Defendant’s blood alcohol
content was .245%

Arrest: 3-22-14
Location: Rear of 20 Gadell Place
Charges: DWI with prior
Defendant was observed turning down Gadell Place with use of signal and almost
hit parked police vehicle. Defendant was observed operating a 2001 black Infiniti,
when vehicle was stopped and defendant was arrested. Defendant’s blood alcohol
content was .101%

Arrest: 3-22-14
Location: Northeast corner of Central Avenue and Nameoke Avenue
Charges: DWI first offense
Defendant was observed driving a black 2011 Cadillac suburban on Central Avenue
and Foam Place with excessive tint on windows and was found with a blood alcohol
of .111%

Arrest: 3-12-14
Location: Southwest corner of Beach Channel Drive and Hassock Street
Charges: Driving While Impaired, Possession of a Forged Instrument
Defendant was observed in a 2010 Honda Civic parked idling for longer than three
minutes. Upon investigation defendant was driving while ability impaired with a
blood alcohol content of .078%. Subsequent to lawful arrest defendant was found
to be in possession of a counterfeit one hundred dollar U.S. bill.
