Cornell Exhibits At Gifted


Arlene Cornell’s, “The Sluice,” picturing a familiar Broad Channel scene, will be showing at the Rockaway Artists Alliance’s newest exhibition, Gifted. Arlene Cornell’s, “The Sluice,” picturing a familiar Broad Channel scene, will be showing at the Rockaway Artists Alliance’s newest exhibition, Gifted. Award-winning watercolorist Arlene Cornell will be exhibiting a number of her newest works at the upcoming Rockaway Artists Alliance exhibition, Gifted.

This year-end members showcase will run from Saturday, December 7th through January 19th at RAA’s T-7 Gallery at Fort Tilden.

An opening reception will be celebrated starting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 9th, along with RAA’s annual holiday party.

Cornell's evocative works will feature both Rockaway scenes and paintings of other locations. One of the featured paintings, “The Sluice,” pictures a familiar Broad Channel locale.

Cornell looks forward to greeting friends and visitors at the opening for the Gifted show.
