Observers in the stands noted the game was very entertaining and came down to the last play.

Due to an injury Ravens’ quarterback Isaiah Lawson, the team’s leader, could not take the field. But the entire team stepped up big time.

Despite their best efforts the final score was 7-6 in favor of the Jets.

The Ravens are looking forward to two upcoming home games and a good turnout form their Rockaway supporters.

After a slow start in the first half the Rockaway Ravens 8th grade team turned it up for the second half of the game.

Traveling to Harlem to face the Harlem Jets counterparts, the Ravens showed how to capitalize on turnovers and special teams play. They left Harlem winning 25-6 and returned home for the final three games of the season.
