Run For The Fallen

On Saturday, September 14th, runners will join the Fort Hamilton Family & MWR to run in memory of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for their nation.

The 6K run will take place at 101st Street and 4th Avenue at John Paul Park in Brooklyn. Registration and check-in begins at 7: 30 a.m. The run begins promptly at 9 a.m. sharp. Entry fee is $25.

All participants will have the opportunity to honor a fallen service member of their choice by inscribing the name on their runner’s bib.

Organizers state, “There are no prizes for 1-3 place. Everyone is a winner in this run!”

At the end of the run there will be participant medals, bagels, and refreshments.
