Wisdom From The Storm

After Hurricane Sandy, the stars came out over Rockaway, Broad Channel and storm hit communities everywhere. Stars Of Hope, a Texas based, not-for-profit organization, spread a constellation’s worth of hand painted, colorful messages of encouragement and inspiration across the hurricane ravaged area. Spotted in Broad Channel, this star says it all. Photo By Dan Guarino After Hurricane Sandy, the stars came out over Rockaway, Broad Channel and storm hit communities everywhere. I'm not quite sure if I had

I'm not quite sure if I had noticed these right away. But one day I had gone back to clean out the rest of the apartment & was putting more of our belonging at the curb & there was one on the utility pole outside. It certainly helped get me through the day. Such a simple & small act of kindness put a smile on my face. I kept wondering where they had come from. I would like to say Thank You to Stars of Hope!!! They really did give hope to some of us if not all.
