101 Precinct Mourns Two Of Its Own

Avenue in Far Rockaway, as the officers and staff mourn two of their own.

According to officers from the precinct’s Cmmunity Affairs unit, both a seven-year veteran, Officer Keith Horn, who died of cancer, and a rookie-Officer Davilla Moore, who died of an aneurysm, passed away on June 14.

The precinct released the following statement: “It is with heartfelt sympathy that we would like to, express our condolences to the families and friends of Police Officers Davilla Moore and Keith Horn. Both Officers of the 101 Precinct passed away this past Friday with medical complications unrelated to their job. Their abrupt passing will have a profound effect on the men and women of the 101 Precinct.
