BC Shamrocks Win!

On Saturday, April 6th, the Broad Channel Athletic Club/ St. Virgilius CYO baseball team played a morning game against Our Lady of Hope in Middle Village. Playing their first game since before the hurricane, the boys from Broad Channel scored a 15 to 5 win.

On Sunday, April 7th, the Shamrocks faced off against St. Adalbert’s team in Maspeth. Playing hard, the BCAC team came away from the afternoon game with a 15 to 1 victory.

The Shamrocks’ players and coaches are happy to be back playing again and looking forward to their next games.

On Saturday, April 13th, they’ll play St. Matthias and on Sunday, April 14th, they’ll challenge St. Gregory. Both are away games.

The Shamrocks will come home to Broad Channel, meeting Blessed Trinity’s team at the BCAC Memorial Field at 125 Cross Bay Boulevard, on Saturday April 20th, at 3:45 p.m. On Sunday, April 21st, they will host Blessed Trinity (Gold) at 2 p.m.
