FREE Stress Relief Workshops
Citing the increased need in the community for constructive ways to deal with the stress of life after Sandy, Cotter and Roberts decided to launch these workshops.
Every Monday and Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m., they will introduce participants to useful and practical techniques like stress management, coping strategies and affirmation. They will also cover guided imagery, meditation, mindfulness and desktop yoga.
Cotter, founder of Stress Is Gone, and Roberts, Ed. D. invite all to attend these workshops to promote strong emotional health in these difficult times.
Professionals agree this is as vital as maintaining physical health.
The program however will end by the end of January.
Cotter and Roberts urge all to stop in soon before it ends.
