The DRC has been open since November 2 and has provided information to more than 5.680 survivors of Superstorm Sandy, officials said.

A number of other DRC’s remain in place, including Fort Tilden, which is open Monday to Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Other sites include the Community Church of the Nazarene at 1414 Central Avenue, also open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the American Legion Hall at 209 Cross Bay Boulevard, which is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., a storefront at 1001 Beach 20 Street, which is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and one at Arverne By The Sea at 68-20 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, which is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
