Cops Seek Rockaway’s Assistance


Surveillance video of the suspect Surveillance video of the suspect The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the following suspect wanted in connection to a robbery which occurred within the confines of the 101 Precinct.

On Tuesday, December 4, at approximately 8 p.m., the suspect followed a 58-year -old female victim into an elevator, pushed her and threatened her simulating a firearm demanding her property. The suspect removed the victim's purse and fled. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.

The suspect is described as a black male age, 25 to 30 and was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a black leather jacket under it and blue jeans.

Anyone with information in regards to this robbery or the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
