Fall Festival Highlights Halloween

On October 21 the Parks Department hosted the annual Fall Festival at Bayswater Park on Beach 32 Street. Sponsored by Councilman James Sanders Jr., the festival included arts and crafts for young people, a pumpkin patch, games, a puppet show and a petting zoo.
