Brighton Beach Memoirs Becomes a Memory

For the past two weekends, audiences at the Post Theater in Fort Tilden have been delighted by the performances of a superb ensemble cast, headed by young Frank Caiati, in the role of Eugene in Neil Simon’s great Brighton Beach Memoirs. The play follows the joys and sorrows of a poor Jewish family in Brighton Beach during the period just prior to America’s involvement in World War II. Director Susan Warren Corning has done an amazing job of bringing audiences into the crowded Brooklyn home of the Jerome Family and bringing the family to life before their eyes. There are only three more performances before the production closes.

Call the RTC hotline at 718-374-6400 and reserve seats for this Friday or Saturday evening performances at 8 or for the final performance on Sunday at 2PM. After this you will have missed your chance to experience true theatrical tour de force.
