The Inner Voice
Where is your focus? Is it on what you hope to accomplish? Is it on what the celebrities are saying? The news tells us what we should be afraid of and many watch all the time. Or are you worrying about sunspots or what will happen to Earth in a thousand years?
We have so many choices on where we want to pay attention. Do we want to create a positive mindset and choose to be with uplifting people? We can think of what we have to be grateful for and how we can make things better for others. We can also insulate ourselves and just stay focused on what is important for me.
It would be a good idea to keep the balance between what others think and what you yourself feel is important. In order to trust your instincts, you have to have a strong boundary between yourself and others. You can do deep breathing and clear your thoughts and then bring in peace and a beautiful scene of relaxation.
Perhaps you want to keep your calm by seeing yourself on the beach with the sun warming you.
If you have mini-goals that you want to accomplish and you feel that your intuition is guiding you, you won’t worry so much about the future. As each day unfolds and you keep yourself in a good clear energy, every day with its opportunities will lead to the next.
So focus on what you feel is important today and do it. The present moment can be filled with peace with the focus to be happy, even when we don’t have all the answers.
