Brooklyn Teens Busted
Two Brooklyn teenagers were arrested on February 2 inside a closed Rockaway bungalow for burglary and criminal trespassing, court officials say.
Court documents provided by Queens District Attorney Richard Brown identify the two 17-year-olds as Marcelle Mhalelyah, of Lafayette Avenue, and Norris Saeed of Kingsborough Walk, both of Brooklyn.
Patrol officers from the 100 Precinct in Brooklyn spotted the two inside of a closed bungalow at 166 Beach 109 Street at about 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, sources say.
The bungalow, owned by Rockaway resident Rita Mullally, was closed for the winter months, but a television set and a bicycle were stored inside. Police busted the two, who were arraigned on February 6, each charged with burglary in the second degree, burglary in the third degree and criminal trespass of a dwelling.
