Santa and some of his many elves and helpers gathered together at the party. St. John’s Episcopal Hospital held a very successful Holiday Children’s Party, with more than 600 children in attendance, on Friday, December 16. The children visited with Santa and everyone received toys. The event was generously supported by: Tommy Parlionas, Chief Executive Officer, Modern Technology Contracting Corp.; John Theissen Children’s Foundation; Healthfirst; Episcopal Church Women of the Diocese of Long Island; Mr. and Mrs. Jay Levy; Rotary Club of Rockaway; Hunter Ambulance; and many employees and friends.
Far Rockaway residents eight-year-old Chelsey Ramos and her brother, Justeen, two, talk over their holiday gift lists with Santa. Six hundred children attended the event.
