Rockaway Libraries Celebrate Christmas

Photo courtesy of the Teen Library With a visit from Santa Claus as the main event, the libraries on the peninsula celebrated Christmas in grand style on December 22. In addition, the Far Rockaway branch served the huge crowd that gathered food from local eateries such as Little Caesars and Popeye’s. With the sponsorship of the community affairs division of the NYPD, gifts were given to all children in attendance at the Far Rockaway Library.
