Celebrate Christmas With Cinderella

Live Nation is pleased to present an original musical production of “Cinderella’s Christmas” performed by Kaleidoscope Theatre of Cranston, RI. Showtime is 1 p.m. on December 11. Kaleidoscope Theatre’s “Cinderella’s Christmas” is an original musical written by David G. Payton of Cranston, RI, the executive director of Kaleidoscope Theatre. Cast members are Cinderella (Jillian Rivers-Keegan of Pascoag, RI); Prince Charming (Ben Church of East Providence, RI); the Stepmother (Debbie Fleming of Pawtucket, RI); the two stepsisters Disgustia (Ariana Pacheco of Johnston RI) and Putricia (Amanda Genovese of Barrington, RI); the Fairy Godmother (Marianne Douglas of Barrington, RI); the King (Christopher Schultz of Coventry, RI); and the mice: Willy (Reese Sock of Warwick, RI), Wendy ( Ellie Ash of Providence, RI ) and Billy (Cooper Sock of Warwick, RI).

Director is David Payton of Cranston, RI; choreographers are Kim Frenze of Providence, RI and Tommy Iafrate of Cranston, RI; costume design by Marcia Zammarelli of Cranston, RI; set design by Robert Zannini of Cranston, RI; stage manager

is Jasmine Ready of Coventry, RI; assistant stage managers are Diondra Perillo of Johnston and Andrea Schultz of Warwick, RI.

A Rhode Island based theatre company, Kaleidoscope Theatre has had international exposure and acclaim performing at two national conventions and an international convention in Jerusalem, Israel. The touring company has performed from Maine to Texas and was seen for three years on WPRI-TV, Channel 12, the ABC affiliate in Rhode Island. Lauded for its unique versions of famous fairytales Kaleidoscope Theatre is well known for presenting plays which help children cope with such issues as divorce, drug education, friendship, retardation, and mainstreaming (inclusion). The company has received numerous awards including a RI Theatre Achievement Award and a RI Jefferson Award. Partial funding for this production was provided by the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts.
