No Credence

Dear Editor,

You continue to publish negative articles on subjects that you don’t like, and seldom publish the opposite point of view. I feel that is your way of saying. “I am the master in charge here and I alone have the power to publish anything I please regardless of fairness and equality.”

Mr. Robert Gamere’s article in last weeks Wave newspaper was, to say the least, full of untruths in reference to Zuccotti Park.

Mr. Gamere hasn’t a clue to what he was writing about, and probably couldn’t find his way to Zuccotti Park without a seeing-eye dog.

However, your willingness to publish those false insinuations is objectionable. Therefore, it would be hard for anyone reading that letter and knowing the facts, to give any credence at all to the entire article.

Mr. Baxter, what nonsense!

Mr. Baxter, what nonsense! The Wave publishes articles and letters that span the entire political spectrum, including those which attack the newspaper directly! Fact. Try and disprove it--a simple run through the online Wave archives will counter any point you could possibly make. No opinion is off limits.

As for Zuccotti park and the OWS movement, it's nothing to brag about. Between the drug abuse, sexual assaults, public defecation, attacks on police and general violent mayhem, this smallish movement of communistic anarchists not only don't know what they want, they don't know how to expand the movement to more popular proportions. For this, I suppose, we should be grateful.

Like Greece, America is in trouble due to it's leadership, or lack thereof. The sooner this realization is made and something done about it electorally, the sooner things will get on track.
