Public School/Middle School 105 Deals Doggie Treats

The PS/MS 105 Kids Care Club participated in a community service activity by making dog treats and decorating doggy bags for ARF-ARF’s Costume Parade fundraising event at the Rockaway Freeway Park. Students volunteered and judged the best canine costumes.

The activity was supervised by teachers Thomas Krieger and Norma Allende with the assistance of parents Ms. Camacho and Ms. Dean.

In addition, two former 105 Kids Care Club members, who are currently high school students, helped to organize and distribute important information for dog owners to all visitors.

Despite the cold weather, all participants enjoyed the furry friends while giving time to a valuable cause.
