East End Stores Get In On Halloween Fun

Kids of all ages found merchants on Rockaway’s east end getting in on the Halloween fun on Monday as trick or treaters were met with free candy and other goodies.

The Wave visited the mall on Beach 20 Street near Seagirt Boulevard and found that stores were more than willing to give up a few treats to ghouls, goblins, princesses and other assorted costumed characters.
