Lew Simon, Deadbeat
Prior to moving to his Beach 112 Street and Beach Channel Drive office, Lew Simon rented office space from me at 260 Beach 116 Street.
Toward the end of his tenancy, he stopped paying rent and skipped out, owing me at least three months of back rent. Reading about his grandstanding, pandering, ranting and raving against the current board at Dayton Beach Park, for which he has no business butting in, amazes me.
Lew, look in the mirror. What do you see? Do everyone a favor. On your next bus trip to Atlantic City, stay there and don’t come back. If you want to do the right thing, cut me a rent check for what you owe me.
