Rockaway Fall Festival This Weekend

The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation will host its 4th annual Rockaway Fall Festival on Sunday, October 16 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. The free event, sponsored by New York City Councilmember James Sanders Jr., is a chance for children and parents of all ages to come out and enjoy a day in the park. The festival will include hayrides, pony rides, arts and crafts, candied apples, a bounce house, a petting zoo, a pumpkin patch, games and more. The event draws hundreds of children and families each year to Bayswater Park, located at Beach 32 Street and Beach Channel Drive.
