St. Virgilius Hosts Vacation School

Vacation Bible School hosted 39 campers who enjoyed a week of fun at St. Virgilius Church in Broad Channel. Under the leadership of Sister Mary Anne Kollmer, O.P., and with the assistance of volunteers from the parish, the boys and girls enjoyed arts and crafts, Bible stories, recreation and snacks for four hours each day. The Vacation Bible Camp was funded by the Jennie and Eddie Mills Endowment Fund of “Alive in Hope.“ Word is, Sister Mary Anne is going to need a vacation, now.
