St. John’s Episcopal Hospital Honors Employee Loyalty

Honoring employees’ service longevity has been an annual tradition for Episcopal Health Services (EHS) and its member institutions, St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, Bethpage Corporate Office, Bishop Waldo Mac- Lean Episcopal Nursing Home and Bishop Henry B. Hucles Episcopal Nursing Home.

On Wednesday, July 13, 2011, Episcopal Health Services honored hundreds of employees who achieved in 2010 their service milestones of 10, 15 and 20 years and on up in five year increments at Jericho Terrace in Mineola, New York. The ceremony was held by The Right Reverend Lawrence C. Provenzano, Chairman of EHS, EHS Board of Managers members, Nelson E. Toebbe, Chief Executive Officer, EHS and St. John‘s, and EHS executive staff.


40-year honorees. 40-year honorees. The five-year service honorees were honored at a luncheon held at the Hospital’s Teaching Center on Thursday, June 30, 2011. The ceremonies were hosted by Sharika Gordon, Corporate Director, Human Resources, EHS, and the Human Resources Department.
