Finest Service

Dear Editor,

I am writing to inform all Rockaway residents that they will receive the finest service at Key Food, 105-38 Rockaway Beach Boulevard. This afternoon I accidentally dropped my keys in the clothes donation box in Key Food’s parking lot. The store manager, Mr. George Horton, and his assistants Ronald and Pedro went to the ends of the earth to fish out my keys and save the day. Without them, I would have been unable to drive home, or even get into my home!

Mr. Horton would not accept any reward. He said, “I will do anything for my customers; they are more precious than gold to me.” Mr. Horton is more precious than gold! With service like that, I will never shop at another store for the rest of my life.

I hope other residents will never have a calamity like mine, but the silver lining was that I had a chance to learn what fine people are running this store.
