Kearney Seniors Win Macauley Honors Scholarships

Ten seniors at Bishop Kearney High School have received scholarships to CUNY’s Macauley Honors Colleges at Brooklyn, City, Hunter and Queens. These young women will receive a tuition-free education with multiple academic options, integrating all the resources available to them in New York City and beyond. The Macauley scholarships are part of the more than $10,500,000 in academic scholarships that the members of Kearney’s graduating class of 2011 have already earned. The seniors are to be congratulated. Pictured, seated, left to right: Sarah Allam, Doaa Shalabi, Samar Tariq.
