G. Mary McLoughlin
Mary has been an active member of the LAOH for more than 25 years. Following her mother’s example, she became a member of Division 15, Queens County. Her father was a member of Division 15, Men’s AOH.
Mary is immediate past President of the New York County Board and Financial Secretary of Division 29 New York County Board. She is a delegate to the New York St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee, New York County. In 2004, she was New York County Aide to the Grand Marshal of the NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade. She is also a member of the County Leitrim Society.
She is the daughter of the late Lillian and the late William J. McLoughlin. During her school years, Mary was a Championship Baton Twirler and Drum Majorette with St. Camillus School bands. Every Saturday morning her parents brought her to Rockaway for band practice under the direction of Fr. Burke. She spent grammar school and some high years with the St. Camillus Bands.
Presently, she is a NYC school teacher, a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Rosary Society. Mary also participates in many other charitable activities.
