‘Rake And Roll’ Benefits PHC

Peninsula Hospital Center’s Angels on the Bay Pediatric Unit became the beneficiaries of very hard work done by Allison Siegel, Jeremy Flyer and Toni Rose Stefanakos. In the true spirit of giving back to those less fortunate, Siegel, Stefanakos and Flyer started their own little business called “Rake and Roll.” These young people raked lawns during the fall months, helped people clean up their yards and saved every penny they earned. When they added up their earnings, they found they had raised over $115. This money was used to purchase books, toys and games which were donated to the pediatric patients at Peninsula Hospital Center. In addition to the gifts they gave to PHC, the children also made donations to nursing homes.
