Broad Channel Bits

Some of our neighbors have been heard to wish for rain to wash the remaining stuff away. At least the 8-foot mounds aren’t on the street corners anymore, but they may return — there’s plenty of winter in front of us.

Got a new computer as gift this year? Please consider donating your old equipment – PCs, CPUs, monitors, printers, keyboards, mice – to a good cause. A computer class needs more equipment so everyone who joins the class can become computer literate. So many things today are online from renewing your driver’s license to registering for college. I will print complete information on donating in a future column.
