Police Seek Missing Down Syndrome Man


The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating James Goodwin a black male residing at 69-45 Burchell Avenue in Arverne/. Police say that Goodwin was last seen riding a red bicycle in front of his residence on Sunday, December 25, at noon. He is described as being 5’0”, 95 pounds, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with black pants and white sneakers. The missing has Downs Syndrome, police say. Anyone with regarding the whereabouts of Goodwin is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1- 800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274638 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
