Last week was the lighting of the Christmas tree on Beach 116 Street. Once again, it was a delight to witness our very own “Rockefeller Center” lighting.

Many thanks to Brown’s Hardware who graciously has donated the tree and trimmings to our community. When you think of running over to Home Depot or Lowe’s, think twice about supporting our local hardware store. They offer a wide assortment of items as well as expert advice on maintaining a home here by the beach. They appreciate us by their generosity; we should support them so they can be generous.
