Free Bike Helmets For More Than 100 Kids And Adults

More than 100 bike helmets were given out last night at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Rockaway Beach when the Department of Transportation (DOT), the 100 Precinct Community Council and the 100 Precinct Crime Prevention Team hosted a free bike helmet giveaway night.
