Fontbonne Donates Thanksgiving Food

The Bonnies of Fontbonne Hall Academy, true to their Thanksgiving tradition, filled thirty baskets of food and thirty cartons of canned goods for the needy. Under the direction of Breeda Connolly and the members of Lifestream and the Religious Action Committee, each homeroom provided a decorated basket with a turkey and all the fixings—from the sweet potatoes to the after dinner mints; each basket to a family that could not afford to celebrate. The canned goods will go to the Food Pantry at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Bascilica. At a Mass celebrated for the entire Fontbonne community, Monsignor Robert Romano, School Chaplin, blessed the baskets recognized everyone for their generosity and concern.
