It was the Fifth Annual Allied Rockaway Foundation for Animal Recreation and Fitness (ARF ARF) canine costume party held on October 30 at the Rockaway Freeway Dog Run on Beach 83 Street. The event was also sponsored by the city’s Department of Parks and Recreation. Prizes were awarded for best costumes for small and large dogs.
