Late Touchdown Run Leads BCAC To Tie Babylon

On Sunday Sept. 26, the BCAC Pony Football Team tied Babylon, on the road Babylon, 12-12.

The Shamrocks found themselves down by six points and Babylon had the ball with first and goal on the seven yard line late in the fourth quarter. After the defense stopped Babylon on three straight plays, Babylon had the ball with fourth and goal with less than one yard to go.

BCAC’s defense stood firm when Robert Kollmer, #26, stuffed Babylon’s number one running back by keeping him out of the end zone.

BCAC quarterback Jordan Jessup gave the Shamrocks some running room by moving the ball out of their own 6-yard line. The Shamrocks then gave the ball to #44 Express, who ran the ball up the middle for a 94-yard run to tie the game.
