Dear Editor,I don’t know if The Wave was represented at the school meeting on Wednesday, July 21 at PS 114, hosted by Principal Stephen Grill, but if someone was there, I hope they picked up on the fact that the customary Pledge of Allegiance was not said. Since this was a public meeting, I believed that saying the Pledge of Allegiance was a part of the protocol for such a venue, but maybe I am wrong.

After all, so much has changed since the CHANGE! I am still an American.
