Students Inducted Into National Honor Society
On June 1, Channel View School of Research held its Annual Induction Ceremony for new students to become members of the National Honor Society. Candidates are selected upon maintaining an overall Grade Point Average of 85 or above. Students are also selected based on leadership, citizenship as well as community service. There are over 100 members from CVSR that are now members of the National Honor Society. Principal Patricia J. Tubridy and CVSR chapter advisor Nataly Tarnarider welcomed new members and talked to them about continuing to be active role models not only for other students but for the community as well.
